Toddler years and demanding careers are a brutal combination. The good news: four of the five services below qualify for the RUT deduction, which cuts the cost in half. The fifth saves so much weekly time it pays for itself anyway.

1. Recurring cleaning

3 hours every other week in an 80 m² apartment runs roughly 600–900 SEK after RUT. It sweeps up sandbox grit, pet hair, bathroom limescale and the kitchen chaos in one pass, and removes the constant background guilt of 'we should really deep-clean this weekend.'

2. Babysitter for 4–8 hours per week
